The difference between rupture and rapture is but one character. That character represents the difference between carrying a case of wine into the house and drinking a glass of it.

It also represents the difference between the joy of reading the almost daily posts from fellow blogger Gill over at Off The Edge Gardening and the sorrow of knowing that she’s thinking of taking a break.

On the plus side, it may take a few glasses to drown my sorrows and transform the rupture back to rapture. “Character”! “Bottle”! Same thing in my book. Send her a character of gin everyone. She’ll soon be back. Flat on it!
